Ironworks Athletics was founded by Kris Arnold and Max Wunderle in an effort to create opportunities for athletes of all ages and skills to learn how to best train, fuel and recover their bodies.  Drawn together by a desire to offer such holistic programming to as broad an audience as possible, Kris and Max call upon their backgrounds in team sports (hockey, lacrosse) as well as endurance endeavors (marathon swimming and running, Ironman triathlon) to offer the most comprehensive fitness training available.  Learn more about Kris, Max and other members of the Ironworks Athletics team at www.goironworks.com.
